Purchasing VIP
VIP is available as a monthly subscription and directly supports the servers staying online.
Steps to Purchase
- Visit the RFG Store linked in our Discord or website
- Select the VIP package you want
- Complete payment — PayPal, credit card, and Stripe accepted
- Enter your exact Steam name or Steam ID during checkout
- VIP activates within 5–15 minutes of purchase
Verifying Your VIP
Connect to any RFG server and type /kit in chat. If VIP kits appear in the menu, your VIP is active. Alternatively, type /vip to check your status.
VIP Doesn't Work?
- Make sure you entered your Steam name exactly as it appears in-game
- Wait 15 minutes and reconnect to the server
- Open a support ticket with your purchase receipt and Steam ID
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available after VIP has been activated. If you have not yet connected with VIP active, contact support within 24 hours.
