How to Open a Support Ticket

Step-by-step guide to opening a support ticket on the RFG Discord for bans, bugs, or player reports.

Opening a Support Ticket

All support requests, ban appeals, and player reports go through our Discord ticket system. Do not DM staff directly.

Steps

  1. Join the RFG Discord at discord.gg/royalfamilygaming
  2. Go to the #create-ticket channel
  3. Click the button that matches your issue type:
    • 🛡 Report a Player
    • ⚖️ Ban Appeal
    • 🐛 Bug Report
    • General Support
  4. A private channel will open with just you and staff
  5. Describe your issue clearly with as much detail as possible

What to Include

Response Times

Staff aim to respond within 24 hours. Complex cases such as ban appeals may take up to 72 hours. Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue.
