Opening a Support Ticket
All support requests, ban appeals, and player reports go through our Discord ticket system. Do not DM staff directly.
Steps
- Join the RFG Discord at discord.gg/royalfamilygaming
- Go to the #create-ticket channel
- Click the button that matches your issue type:
- 🛡 Report a Player
- ⚖️ Ban Appeal
- 🐛 Bug Report
- ❓ General Support
- A private channel will open with just you and staff
- Describe your issue clearly with as much detail as possible
What to Include
- Your in-game name and Steam ID
- Date and time of the incident (include timezone)
- Server name (US Main, EU Weekly, etc.)
- Evidence — screenshots, video clips, or F7 report reference number
Response Times
Staff aim to respond within 24 hours. Complex cases such as ban appeals may take up to 72 hours. Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue.
